Info about Booth registration for Hobbycon.

Booth Registration:

If your company/outlet falls under any of these categories below, WE WANT YOU TO BE AN EXHIBITOR!

Toy Designers / Manufacturer
Comics
Animation / Graphics
Gaming (Game Design / Retail)
Character Licensing
Cosplay
Hobby related and other creative industries
You will be supplied on the Exhibition Day:

RM400.00 for 2 days inclusive of:

Partition booth (3 meter x 3 meter space)
One table and chair
Carpeted floor
Power socket
Fluorescent Light

Payment:

A deposit of 50% must be made on the time of submittion of this form.
Balance 50% the day before November 2012
Payment can be made to: Silverhand Events & Creatives, at CIMB 10060000125108.
Payment & depostis are not refundable.


Terms & Conditions:

The Organiser of Hobbycon reserve the right to decline any exhibitors and / or any activities from time to time.

The organizers WILL NOT be held responsible for any loss / damage to the property of the exhibitors during the promotion period and to be manned all time. The exhibitors are to ensure your respective item are properly secured and insured through out the promotion period, inclusive of moving in and moving out dates.

Exhibitors are to cover up / baricade your goods / product at the end of the day.

Backdrop or other promotion material MUST NOT exceed 4’ in height or 4’ in width to avoid blocking others.

Exhibitors are to ENSURE CLEANLINESS and tidiness of the assigned location / agreed area during / exhibit period and after moving out.

Exhibitors are advice to perform business WITHIN your allocated space.

Exhibitors taking up to 200 sq.ft are advised to lay your own carpet on the allocated area to avoid any damage to the flooring and remove the carpet on moving out (excluding exhibitors renting outside of the mall).

No heavy or noisy works (eg. drilling, hammering, hacking etc) is allowed during mall operation / business hour (within 9:45am - 10:15pm). Special arrangement has to be made with the organisers for heavy & noisy works.

All unloading of construction material / exhibition material MUST be through the unloading area.

All cable lying on the ground MUST be properly covered with carpet or adhesive tape.

Food & drinks sold must be kept sealed in containers.

No cooking / baking is allowed in the exhibitors area.

No pets allowed in the exhibitors area.
